Obama Admin: Being openly gay in the military is now ok. Something to celebrate?

Abby Zimet says yes. We say no. If the debate is framed as the freedom to kill and be killed for imperialism and neoliberalism without having to hide one's identity, then we disagree. One can simply say that al gender-based discriminationshould be outlawed and not celebrate the fact that the death machine too has been liberated.
